A great place to start as a parent is to look at your own lifestyle. What are your bad habits when it comes to your health? What eat unhealthy food between meals? Is your first reaction when I get home from work to turn on the TV?
If the answer to any of these is yes, then it’s time for a change. Your children will inevitably pick up their habits – if you have not – so the lack of an active lifestyle can have a negative impact on them.
